Privacy policy

This site collects as little data as possible, and only when you send it yourself.

What is collected

• Contact form: name, email, reason and message, so I can reply.
• Startup pack and kits: your email, to give you access to the pack. You only receive the newsletter if you tick the box provided for it.
• Newsletter: your email, to send you the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email, or by writing to me.
• Event and guest post suggestions: the details you enter and your email, to review your suggestion and get back to you.
• Analytics: no audience measurement is active at the moment.

This data is processed on the basis of your request (contact, pack, suggestions) or your consent (newsletter), which you can withdraw at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies at all: no advertising, no trackers, no cookie-based analytics. Fonts are hosted on the site itself, without calling any third-party service. That is why no consent banner is shown.

Where your data goes

Messages and sign-ups are received through Netlify Forms (Netlify, Inc.). The newsletter may be sent through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France). Your data is never sold or handed over.

As Netlify is based in the United States, this transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Contact messages and pack requests are kept for at most 3 years after the last exchange. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can access your data, correct it, object to its processing or have it deleted.

Deletion request: write to contact@ismail3000.fr with the email address concerned. Your data is erased within one month at most and you receive a confirmation. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority.
